I changed the shape of the book(let) to be more oblong, using the hexagonal structure for the grid which I thought was inline with the content. I also used hexagons to encircle the page numbers. Is that too much? I like Irina's idea of using the page numbers on the side but I aligned mine using the hexagon where it meets the edge of the paper rather than putting them on either end of the page. Pages will measure 4.5 inches by 8.4 inches in printed form.

Library of Babel

I did this a long time ago this semester but have been slacking on the cover. I think the text looks awful in JPG format, but still take a look... I'll bring it in on Monday.

First draft of leave behind

This is what I put together for class two weeks ago (as my second bound book), I brought it but I don't think we discussed it. I used my photos, illustrations & a little from this class—everything is mine except the overlaid text & image on the lamb photo. I hope to beef this up with more items, I'm just not especially proud of most of design work I've done in the past.
